Nice hotel, attention to their guest. Would recommend for a nice stay. Clean and comfortable bedrooms. Restaurant is cute and cozy, good drinks and music. The food was amazing. The hotel is close to everything, there’s a lot of things to do in New Rochelle. Close to the train station, not a lot of traffic. Will definitely stay here again. Recommend to anyone who is coming to town for a quick visit.

Terribly loud bar/party and pulled fire alarm

We were awakened at 1 am because someone from the loud, raucous party in the bar pulled the fire alarm and then were kept awake by the party noise. We weren’t told there’d be such a party, and the fire alarm situation was not handled well. The only reason we had any idea it was just an alarm and not an actual fire was because of another guest. I would not recommend staying here if you actually want to sleep.

Terrible Wedding Hotel

Hotel NoMa was our hotel for our wedding, and it was an absolutely horrendous experience. We got ready here in the morning and had a large block of rooms (40+) for our wedding guests. Here were all of the main issues: Communication was bad; they completely changed the hotel ownership from the Radisson New Rochelle to Hotel NoMa and didn't communicate at all, causing me and my guests to panic when the hotel we booked didn't appear to exist anymore. Extremely unaccommodating -- simple requests like getting an extra table in my bridal suite for getting ready were so complicated. Wake up calls were missed for some of my guests. They wanted to raise the nightly rate as I added MORE rooms to my hotel block. They would not comp the parking expense for us (the Residence Inn around the block was willing to give free parking). I arranged ahead of time for breakfast to be delivered to the bridal suite and cleaned up at specific times the morning of the wedding. The food arrived 20 mins late, which makes a big difference when running on a tight schedule. I (the bride) didn't get to eat breakfast before getting my hair and makeup done because of this. After that, they did not come to clean up the food even after we called to remind them. My bridesmaids and I had to frantically move everything to the hallway and corners of the room to clean up so that we could take photos and get dressed. The food sat in the room all day and was still there when we came back after the wedding. Before the wedding, the hotel informed us that the restaurant/bar would be open until 2am, so we could go there after the wedding. When we tried to go, the bouncers rudely would not let me and my guests into the restaurant because of a dress code. We argued with them and they refused, while the bar was literally empty. We decided to take some drinks up to the bridal suite to hang out instead, and the staff threatened to call the police on us for noise. It is absolutely disgusting that this is how Hotel NoMa treats a couple and their guests on their wedding day. We brought in so much business to the hotel and they could not care less. If you are booking a New Rochelle wedding, I recommend blocking at the Residence Inn or any other hotel. Thanks Hotel NoMa for adding nothing but stress to my wedding day!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room was on the fourth floor, above the bar/dance area. For two nights we listened to the thumping, blasting music until 2:00 in the morning. They added a $15 "boutique fee" each night. Stretching it for what is nothing more than a Holiday Inn Express room with a disco that makes it difficult to sleep. Boutique? That's laughable.

Stayed here the weekend of my wedding and everything was going well until we saw someone stole the back of my dad's rental cars side mirror from the parking lot of the hotel. We brought this up to the front desk staff as well as management and they said they will check the camera's and get back to us but the never did. Thankfully they had insurance to cover the damages but if management says they are going to follow up, I expect them to.
